REDDING POLICE EXPLORERS

Robert P. Blankenship served as Redding Police Department's Police Chief for 13 years prior to retiring in 2002. Retired Chief Blankenship also served as a Director on the McConnell Foundation board until his passing in October of 2020. The McConnell Foundation is a non-profit organization, dedicated to improving the Redding community.
